First, don't panic on the cricket issue- he will decrease the number he eats as he matures, although you will increase the size of crickets. He will also increase the amount of plant matter he eats, decrease on the bugs. I wouldn't breed them, but ordering them over the internet is a good idea. Check out the dealers that sell feeders, like reptilefood.com. Even with the cost of shipping and handling, still a much cheaper way to go. As for all the rest of it, go to the bearded dragon forum, and ask B22 to hook you up with his site. He has alot of links on it with RELIABLE caresheets and advice. The people on that forum are very nice and helpful. Just remember that they have an astronomical growth rate their first 6 months or so, so let him eat all he wants!
