Sick Female???

I am concerned about my 2 yearold female. She has not really eaten anything over the past couple of days.(nothin 2day)She also seems to be defecating a lot. Today I think she pooped 3 times. The first time was pretty normal but the next two were mostly clear fluid with a little white mixed in. I have given her soaks and I will continue to do so. I am happy to take her to the vet but I want to know if you guys think this merits a vet visit?
