Sick Female???

I'm almost positive that it isnt parasites because she had a fecal test last sunday. Her diet has recently changed because I fed her dark green lettuce mixed with pellets. I know lettuce isnt the best and usually I dont feed it to her. I was thinking this might be its cause cause isnt it pretty watery? Do you think the change in diet could be the cause?
