How Much Should He Eat?

My baby bearded is about 6 inches including his tail... he is eating about 40 crickets, 10-15 minimeal worms, approx 1-2 Tablespoons of greens... each day.... is this too much? or too little? He seems to always be hungry and even after I finally refuse to give him more he is hunting around the cage looking for more food... should I give him more? It just seems to me that he is eating too much, but then again he is my first reptile so really I have no idea.
