Sure thing. My animal room is between 80 and 90 right now in boston. Lots of heat bulbs warm it up. The rest of the house is 65. Gotta love the extra heat. I use 160 watt merc vapor and I have basking temps 110-115 with it. In the summer hear for a 75 gallon tank I usually use a 100 watt standard bulb. In the winter I usually need more, but you don't need to worry about that as your area probably doesn't get down to 20F very often. I would go with the 160 flood merc vapor in my opinion.
