HATCHING BABY PROBLEM! URGET HELP :: (

However, I didn't catch them hatching until now ...
One babies' head is out, but it's not moving.
:(
Should i just leave it? And let her get out on her own, even though it seems she's not alive....Or did she pass away?
I'm horribly scared it's my fault, as I didn't check this morning, nor this afternoon....
Is this natural?
HELP please. I'm really upset right now.
