:It is normal. Sometimes they will take a full 24 hours to come out of the egg. During this time they usually do not move. They seem dead. Do not move or touch him. This will endanger the baby. Again take a deep breath she will be fine most likely I have never had one like that die. Some people actually leave them in the Incubator for a whole day after hatching. It is warm enough for them and they don't eat right away. I have seen one survive for probably 2-3 days in the incubator. He is my angry little mutant.
