:It is normal. Sometimes they will take a full 24 hours to come out of the egg. During this time they usually do not move. They seem dead. Do not move or touch him. This will endanger the baby. It is warm enough for them and they don't eat right away. I have seen one survive for probably 2-3 days in the incubator. He is my angry little mutant.
