Has anybody used Big Apple Herps. Capture The Sun bulbs?

I use big apple's bulbs. I like them alot. I have had some of them for about a year now. The one downside is I get alot of broken ones in. Sometimes they just don't work right out of the box. But they are very good at replacing them. I think they have a 3 month free replacement and a 6 or 12 month prorated replacement. I think they are more durable if the work for a week they don't seem to break.
