It is impossible to say if a bonsai tree is poisonous or not since a bonsai can be different kind of plants/trees (it is just the art of pruning the trees hard that is call bonsai, many plants can become bonsai's). So yes - some bonsai trees can be poisonous and dangerous to your dragon.
I wouldn't recommend putting it in a beardie cage since the dragon probably would try to eat or climb it - and/or then destroy it.
