How often on crickets and what about dandelions?

I've got a 9-10 month old dragon, I received her in September and not quite sure how old she was then. Any way, I have been feeding her up to 3 doz crickets a day, plus veggies. I was told when she got older I could start giving her more salad and less cricks. Is she old enough to do this now, too soon, past due? Any one have any ideas for making greens such as mustards, collards, etc. last longer? And what about dandelions? can they eat all of the flower stem and all?
