In any and all even your BEST freind get the agreement in writing and sort out worst case senarios in writing. Such as if your snake dies do you need to have a corpse or do you take their word for it. I am not a pesamist it is just a fact. In the eyes of the law possesion is 9/10 of the law. Imagine that you have your best 30,000K paradox ball on breeder loan with your best freind and all of the sudden he tells you that you are not allowed to see it and that he will tell you by phone or writing about the status of YOUR snake. Guess what to end this situation will require lawyers, and lots of money.
IF YOU WANT TO BREED SNAKES OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER DO IT YOURSELF AND PURCHASE ONLY ANIMALS THAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF BREEDING IN YOUR FACILITY. If you must do otherwise, get it all in writing. Learn from my horrible and expensive experience.
