Generally,you'd need a license or permit to keep a protected species like monitors and pythons.I'm not too sure about the more common reptiles though.I used to have a water moniter but it escaped.I've also seen dealers here selling Retics,Burms and Water dragons.But no one sells smaller snakes like balls or bloods :( So,what kind of reptiles do you keep in the US Rex?
