For transfering flies I take a bad from the grocery store that they havein the fruit and veggie section because they are large and easy to work with. I just dump the flies in then add calcium and protein powders then into the terrarium. I feed pinheads crickets or 1 weeks olds. I take the bag they come in and take out the eggcarton then put in the powders and dump in the tank.

:Ok first question. When you have a jar full of flys, how or what is an easy way to remove them from the jar and place in your viv?

:Second. Do any of you guys feed micro crickets?

:Thanks,
