Speaking from experience here you should keep at lest 3 culture going per frog. You don't have to buts its a good idea as culture crash...for NO reason I keep around 20 frogs currently and around 64ish culture going. Again this is my opinion as I been down the road as a newbie and have seen people fail and making enough FF culture (my self included).
