:that plants looks like a Vriesea racinae at t&c heres the desripion:
:Species, native to Brazil. Epiphytic, prefers medium to low light. Has 3/4" wide dark green, red spotted leaves with a slight curl at the tips forming a curly rosette. Sends up a short yellow flower spike. Stays small, maturing at about 4" diameter. Small leaf funnels hold water. Sold as a mature plant in a 3" pot.

:ill post a pic. i dont think its a Neoregelia species, but it looks the same and is about the size


I think you're right about the genus and specie. I did get a Vresia racinae from them. The photo of the whole tank is the first image posted, but I'll post it again. The plant in question is on the right side among the "watermellon vine" leaves.
