Get as many good fecals as you can get. When you get them, put them in a plastic container (like a cottage cheese container) with wet paper towel on the bottom. Get them to the vet within 24 hours max. Make sure the vet does both a smear and float.
If you have to, based on the test results, your Anole will need to be placed into quarantine as you clean+disinfect his enclosure, and treat him.
If he has parasites, obviously he'll need to be treated. If he doesn't, or after he's been treated -- you'll have a weak Anole on your hands that will need loving rehabilitation.
