Green anole Questions

Hi
I have 2 green anoles that im trying to breed. They have been doing a lot of head bobing and showing there delaps. Im 95% sure that I have a male and female. Is it normal for a female to reduse her eating before she lays eggs? Lizzy (my female) looks a little skinny. If they lay eggs should I buy a incubater. Also my male has been eating like mad! Could my male be dominating her over food. My male is probable a inch bigger from nose to tail tip. Is it nessisery to buy a UV bulb. I have a regular heat bulb and the cage is next to a window. Thanks for the help... Eric

P.S sorry about the bad spelling im in 5th grade
