it looks like a spotted bush snake.(Philothamnus semivariegatus)
A slender snake with a flat distinct head and a long tail. Bright green body with black bars or spots on the forebody. A very graceful snake that hunts amongst shrubs and bushes, on rocky ridges and along river courses for gheckos, chamaelons and tree frogs. If irritated or grabbed it will inflate its neck in the manner of the boomslang and is very prone to biting. A very nervous snake. Not dangerous
