African Green Snake???? Help Needed

Hello,
I have recently been given,by someone who bought it before they did the research, what I have found to be an African green snake, or so I believe. I will post a pic. Anyway what does it eat, what should it be housed in....etc. If there are any caresheets available also that would be great. I have other herps, Veiled chameleons, brown snakes and tarantula's, so I have somewhat of a working knowledge of animals, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
