I don't know of any dorms that allow them but I do have a pretty good arguement. Unlike a dog, cat or other furry pet reptiles are fairly clean. Most of the reptiles I know of are kept in glass tanks so it's not like they are going to do their business all over the dorm. With aquatic turtles as long as the water filter is kept clean it's not going to smell. Reptiles don't bark, meow or howl during the night.
