Reptiles in College Dorms

I attend Le Moyne college in Up State NY. My RD recently approached me, knowing my passion for reptiles, suggesting that I put together a Proposal on the allowance of certain herps into our dorm facilities. If anyone can give me some names of colleges that due allow reptiles in the dorms or if you have a good arguement why they should be allowed, please let me know!!
