CITES importation question

I've browsed prior messages, and if I'm correct, it seems that if I want to import some "Cites II" monitors from Indonesia, I do NOT need an import license (the business in Indo must get a Cites export permit, however). With that said, can someone in Indo send these monitors directly to my door, or must the cargo pass through inspections, etc.? If someone could walk me through how the process generally works, I would be GREATLY appreciative. Thanks in advance!
