The first one sounds either like a tuge or a relitive of it called an amiva, most likely and green or bule amiva, they look and act alot like a monitor and have a folked tonuge. They can be quit tame but then they can have a flash of energy all at once. The second lizzard sounds almost like a fence lizard with the orange strips on the side but i can't say for sure.
