thank you ..... i have a splendida... and his enclosure does drop in temperature at night but not as cool as recommended.. i have made adjustment by placing a fan near the front screen blowing across the screen and i have placed a pan of water in front of the fan to allow air to flow over it and cool down about 10 more degrees.... i alos mist the enclosure before i turn the lights off for the night..... there is a very hot basking spot in his enclosure also... a little pond and a riverbed with tiny gravel embedded in the stucco to create more humidty....
i do hope with the changes i have made that my japalura splendida will live and long happy life....
