Most of the animals brought into the store are road captures / incidental encounter animals. The store is a place where rattlesnakes can be turned in throughout the year.
I'm sure some are gassed out of burrows, but not the majority. Roundups would be the most profitable for these people to turn in rattlesnakes as they offer from $5 to $7 per foot.
