John Mehrtens'book on snakes of the world lists the smooth scaled snake at 4 time the potency of the taipan, but little is known about them.
The austrailian sea snake is no slouch. But the problem you have is most poisonest drop for drop or amount per bite. The two are entirely different. The Black mamba's deliver a large dose and are very aggressive like the tiger snake, but drop for drop the smooth scale may be move deadly. It's official name is parademansia microlepidotus.
