Hey. There's a very big distinction between "most venomous" and "most dangerous"...Many sea snakes have exceedingly toxic venoms, but since they are rather non-aggressive and retiring, they aren't very dangerous to someone in a "normal" setting. I believe (you might have to double-check this), that the snake with the most toxic venom is the Beaked Sea Snake, while the most venomous LAND snake is the Fierce Snake (Inland Taipan). However, as far as danger is concerned, Monocled cobras, puff adders, saw scaled vipers and Russells vipers all account for many snakebite fatalities where they occur. There are many reasons for this, not the least of which is the fact that people living in these areas go about bare-foot and the medical facilities in these countries are (by and large) not what they could be.
