I'd like to back up the below post, in that the romaine lettuce is marginal at best. Get on a diet of a variety of greens. As for the mineral, I haven't used it, but have read that the D3 is needed. Make sure you check out the care sheets at http://www.deerfernfarms.com/ as well as the others that get posted here....(sorry, can't remember them now, I suck).
