Hi, I recently got 2 Nigerian Uro's and I've been feeding them romaine lettuce and hibiscus (if that really matters) but anyways, I know they should have a supplement of some vitamins like once a week. Well, the vitamin formula I got(Miner-All (I)) has D3 in it, and I'm not sure if this is good or bad for my Uro's. I was told it was bad by some, but just fine by others. I thought it was bad in the first place, but I'm not sure.

So, is D3 good or bad for my Nugerian Uro's?
