My malis stomach seems inflated??

I dont know why but the stomach seems verry round and full like its inflated, but then if I take her out and she poops it becomes flatter.
Most of the mali's Ive seen (not that many) never have such "inflated" bellies, could this be something wrong??

P.S. its been over two weeks now and every time I take her/him out it will musk and poop right away, any advice on getting it to stop this??(its an import by the way)
