Pin worms? Parasites???

:About five minutes ago I discovered little white moving things on the feces of my little 4 inch mali, Aida. I'm very concerned. I obviously am going to take her to a vet tomorrow, but I would like to have some sort of heads up to what it is and how it would be treated. Could this have come from dandelions I have given her? I have washed them in water, but I didn't know if that was enough of a cleaning. That's the only thing I could guess that has given her this problem. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

When I got mine the place I got it from worms their animals for you. Maybe you should check out pet shops that specialize in reptiles to see if they'd worm yours, just to save you some money!
