Pin worms? Parasites???

About five minutes ago I discovered little white moving things on the feces of my little 4 inch mali, Aida. I'm very concerned. I obviously am going to take her to a vet tomorrow, but I would like to have some sort of heads up to what it is and how it would be treated. Could this have come from dandelions I have given her? I have washed them in water, but I didn't know if that was enough of a cleaning. That's the only thing I could guess that has given her this problem. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
