PA Fishing manuel (the one you get with your license) There is no limit of MOST animals. Take the black rat.....you can "collect 2 per day" but it doesn't say how many you can keep at one time. Now, endangered threatened or spceies of concern are a whole different ball game. The copperhead, you can only "posess" 2, the timber, you must have a permit enabling you co collect and keep 1 per permit....the eastern massasauga, if you're even lucky enough to see one is strictly hand off (from ANY state) I do remember some regulations about turtles, the common snapper in particular. But for the most part, you can collect 2 specimencs every day and technically keep hundreds if you like (according to the law, I don't think you should keep ANY in captivity)


Anyway, that's what I remember, maybe Lisa can prove me wrong if she finds her link.
