green tree frogs.. calling or something else?

:I'd have to see them to know for sure that the noise is just a male calling because it is breeding season. they do call for other reasons but the one calling is probably a male calling for girls. if only one frog is calling doesn't necessarily mean that other frog not a male either. hard to sex them when they are small but males will have darker/baggier throats and females are bigger.

The two times mine has made noise was when my alarm clock has gone off and it was still dark. What would that be? Or hard to tell?
