EMERGENCY--->Box Turtle with Eyes swollen shut and drainage....please help.

I work at a pet store in which i do reptiles. I have been on vacation for A WEEK so today is the first day that i can check the turtles out. One of the boxies has drainage coming out of it's eyes which are swollen shut. What is this condition called....it must go to the vet....right? pleasae help!?
