So think for yourself. Ask for advice, but don't assume everything you read on the internet is true, and things like this won't upset you. There is nothing wrong with people, even companies, recommending products. If you want to, ask other people about them. Try them. If you don't like them, don't buy them again. That's capitalism. Most of all, though, take a big deep breath and calm down.
