The floor is pretty easy. Buy a piece of pressure treated plywood (1/2"). Build the frame and attach the bottom on with wood screws. Seal the plywood floor and then it's good for a VERY long time. Heck you can even use a flat shovel to clean out the substrate. Attach a heavy duty handle on each end and two people can lift and move it no problem. Lighting is easy as screwing in a 2" x 4" x 14" board, vertically and attach the light fixture. There are lots and lots of ways to do all this. I would recommend sides at least 12" tall, and you can build the frame the same size as the plywood (4' x 8'). I hope that helps some...

p.s. - I've also used old water bed frames a very similar way indoors with great success.
