I don't know Rick, it does sound a bit weird.
How are you going to attach the UV lamp, basking lamp etc.And what substrate would you be using?
Also, why does it have to be easy to move?
It would be better to build an enclosure that is more solid.
A kiddies wading pool might be a better choice than a tent. Sorry, but I just can't invision a tent as an enclosure.
Lumber from Home Depot or Lowes isn't that expensive.
With four 6' long fencing boards you could put together a 6'x4' enclosure.Total cost around $40.
You would have to do someting for the floor though.
