ZooMed canned tortoise food

Hello
I got a baby red foot here about a week ago. So far all I have been able to get him to eat is ZooMed canned tortoise food (and a very little mango). Is this okay for him, if he turns out to be very stubborn, or what else should I do?
Here are the ingredients:
Apple, corn meal, whole peas, opuntia cactus, dried carrot, dextrose, sotbean meal, bone meal, brewers yeast, kelp powder, gums, apple flavoring, vitamin mix,
Analysis:
Protien minimum: 3.0%
Fat minimum: 0.5%
Fiber minimum: 1.0%
Moistur maximum: 78%
