A healthy female yellowfoot should be eating like a pig. So you have a problem either in the environment or the yellowfoot is sick. When was the last time it was treated for paracites? If more than a year or you don't know; it probably needs a course of Panacur & Flagyl.
Have you observed her drinking? She could be dehydrated also. Any open mouth breathing? If so, she has respiratory infection. Get the poor girl to a vet or a local rehabber familiar with tropical torts.
Don't let it get to the point where its to late to save her.
Heat and humidity are very importaint.
