HELP! next yard question: what to plant for happy grazing?

Thanks everyone who gave suggestions for the pest control issue. I really don't want my sulcatas eating bugs or their buggy eggs or getting bug bites.

Once I get rid of the pesky pests, the quesetion remains: what should I plant to maximize grazing? What is the best type of ground cover (as in grass) to put down that is most nutritious for them but can still be kept up in a reasonably attractive manner? I plan on making them a separate little garden, also, but for now, I want to concentrate on grass since what is there right now is kind of sketchy and spotchy and filled with unraked wet leaves. . .

So the question is: what grass is easy to grow, graze and will be nutritious for them? They have been living on store bought fresh greens for so long, but they love to snack grass whenever outside. . . .it would really thrill me to be able to let their meal be grazing! Thanks again for all input.
