: : Is it normal for a sleeping hatchling to move its limbs while sleeping?
: : If it was a human I would say it was dreaming.
: I just checked on him and when I picked him up he had trouble opening his left eye. I also heard a popping sound. coming from him when he blinks.
: The little guy used his arm to help open his eyelid.
: His nostrals are clear and his breathing seems normal.
I wouldn't worry too much about this. I see this happen with my tortoises a lot. Human do the same, if you look at the shoulders, it goes up and down while breathing. since these guys have no shoulders, their limbs move. The eye opening problem is something i would worry about if you find some sort of puss. Keep an eye out for that, and good luck.
