possible sick sulcata

I have a sulcata that is about 6" and went to the vet for a runny nose. THe vet gave me ceftazadine. I hade to give it to him every three days for 21 days. Afterwards he still had it and I boughthim more now that it is gone I checked to see if he still had it by making him struggle a little bit. He blew bubbles and made a funny noise. Does the noise have anything to do with it. I give him heat in 70's to 80's with a basking spot. I give him collards and romaine and let him graze when weather permits it. Can someone help me for I am in fear he may die.
