I have 6 4"-6" Sulcata's I am keeping inside for the winter, but I took them outside today cuz it was in the 70's. they started eating the ground cover (which has to be a nice change from the greens - collards mustard, and turnip - which comprise the majority of their diet.
I'm concerned because several of them had very runny diarrhea -like stools unlike what they've had in the past. I did add a water tray (18x12x2) with a ramp for easy access)to their enclosure (a mistake ?) I have since taken it out. If their excessive pee and runny stools are a result of too much water - hopefully I've addressed that and should see an inprovement in a few days I presume. But because I don't know I'm also concerned about a digestive problem - ( a bug? - poor diet?). I've read care sheets but would really like a good book on these guys. Barnes and Noble can't seem to get the ones I've heard of - I've heard of one by Wilson?
Any help would be appreciated.
