Definitely a good idea, but I've never seen 'em near me, even in a garden store. Plus, when they sell cacti in nurseries, they are usually fertilized chemically which leaches into the pads...I'd prefer to know they were grown organically...most people out west can get them anywhere not sprayed. Many of the rest of us must order them...
