That is EXACTLY the sound he makes. The first time he did it I almost fell over. Before him my chelonian experience was with Boxes, musks, paints, snappers... I never heard one do THAT before!
I actually tried playing that file with him sitting there, to see if he'd respond, kind of get the competetive juices going. He was unimpressed. Maybe my speakers don't reproduce the important part of the frequency?
