Is my baby spurred sick?

I've been visiting the forum since I got my little Tort in November 2000.Ever since I bought him I've noticed little things like now and then tiny bubbles come out of his nose,not lots just one now and then.As well I've heard him make a tiny clicking noise sometimes.I cant tell if it's a breathing related sound or not.He doesnt express any signs of dificulty breathing,eats great has a big appetite and tons of energy when he is awake.He does sleep a lot but thats normal for a baby right? So what do you guys think? Is my little Tank sick?
i've made a vet app. this Friday but he's not a specialist and it's going to cost me $50 Canadian however this is a small price to pay for my baby.
