please help..with russian!!!

hi guys,im in need of a bit of advise...
my female russian seems to be turning lighter...her all over appearance seems pale.the ring going around her shell is all of a sudden really white and so are the spaces between(lines)
I think im going to take her to a vet,but right now i dont have enough money...
do you guys possibly know what this is?
I feed her a good diet,
but havent had my torts for long,and although i have researched as much as possible,I dont have any ideas to why this is happening.
I appreciate and welcome any comments-
I do every thing by the books,and I want to make sure its not serious??..............
