Thanks to all who sent information and links. I have been all over reading everything. I went shopping for the food today and have made a salad containing endive, radiccio, escarole, bell pepper (just a little), parsley (just a little), watercress, mustard greens, and clover sprouts (I read somewhere no bean sprouts, but also read they like clover--I'll pick them out if necessary). I also have some finely chopped timothy hay, diced cactus, and edible flowers in separate containers. I also have 3 strawberries for a treat. Without sending me a confusing link, can anyone/everyone, comment on what I have so far, what I still need, and what I need to not do next time? This baby is only 3 months old. I am in the process of planting some grass seed, but that won't be up a while. Also, I've inquired about the Active UV light that supplies both UBA/UVA and heat. Do any of you have one yet? Do you like it? Thanks for all comments. I have already heard from several very nice, very helpful people. It is great to have such generous contacts.
