Are the fecals hard and well formed?
A few things can cause this. Calcium deficiency, parasites, bacterial infection. A heavy parasite load can lead to the bacterial infection.
First provide cuttlebone for calcium. Then have a fecal done to check for parasites or excess bacterial gut load. Both of these can be taken care of with Flagyl.
Also look into this Active UV heat bulbs. You will not regret it.
